"I have epilepsy and I had a doctor appointment at Stanton road clinic back in October 19,2023 at 1:30 and my boyfriend had to take off work just to take me and I have been calling to talk to the nurse about sending a prescription to my drug store and I have yet to hear out of them because supposedly the doctor is supppose to sign off but yet I didn’t have a real doctor I had a student doctor he was nice during the appointment but then before we left he said he would get my prescription sent over to my drug store but yet that was in October it’s now December what’s the hold up I know people gets busy but it wouldn’t take but like a couple of minutes to send a prescription over instead of visiting with your coworkers or joking around there is patients to be taken care of and stuff to be done"
"Only gave two stars because the student dr actually tried to listen. The teacher Dr basically dismissed all my explanations of how my food intolerances affect my health and caused my autoimmune system to flare and he told me instead that I had a cold. What a waste of my time, 2+ hours for nothing. I get it’s a teaching hospital but instead of using a somewhat unique patient and actually listening and learning they just shoved me into a wrong diagnosis."
"I believe most of the staff are Great people and Great workers. A very friendly and caring hospital. From the security to the doctors and nurses. Everyone from the front of the hospital to the back was Magnificent. Thanks USA for caring for me for my three days stay."
"If I could give less than one star I would. This place is a freaking JOKE! Appt took more than 2 hours and never even saw a legit doctor. The exam was fair to good but I needed to be TREATED!! Apparently all they offer is an exam here so if you want to be told what you already know then this is your place. Save your time and don't waste your copay$ because the place is a huge let down. Essentially was told to just increase the amount of meds I was taking...yea that'll fix it. NOT!"
