"My grandmother got sent to this location for the first time today. She does not want to go back to this location. She likes going to Heartsouth, but she said that the employees at this location were acting like zombies and even the other patients seemed like they were in a trance or not very thrilled to be there. She said that they did tests and took blood then came back in the room without telling her anything at all about how her visit went. She tried to ask one person about how she looked and they said "she didn't tell you"? My grandmother said no. The man replied with "well I guess you're fine then". Heart appointments are serious as it is, but my grandmother had a 5 bypass surgery last year, so she takes her heart appointments very seriously. When she went to leave she asked the receptionist "so don't call y'all for anything unless I keel over"? The receptionist said "yeah". My grandmother looks forward to going back to the Alabaster location from now on."
