"I immediately sent back the new patient request (NPR) form the day I recieved it (May 24th). I then waited patiently (just over a month) to hear back because I was told it may take a few weeks to get an appointment. I emailed and called today (June 22nd) after not getting a phone call or email in response, and was growing concerned. The receptionist said, "I found your form. Unfortunately, Dr. Patel marked 'No' on the NPR form. There's no explanation, she just marked, "'No.'" I can't believe someone didn't have the courtesy to call or email me about this. It's been precious time wasted, waiting for a single "No," answer (which, in itself is rude and unprofessional). Sad thing is, Dr Patel's office came highly recommended by my OB/GYN. I wouldn't recommend them based on my experience, at all."
