"The best doctor and experience! Dr. Baxter is amazing! He is kind, compassionate and listens. He is very informative and will answer any questions or concerns. My little one is very shy around strangers and he made her feel comfortable from the start. She was so relaxed for the procedure. The staff are very friendly too. As nervous parents they were able to put us at ease. We were so encouraged when Dr. Baxter prayed with us before the procedure. "Dr. Baxter and staff are awesome! They believe in pain management for newborns which was top on my list of looking for someone to treat my daughter’s tongue and lip tie. They were extremely thorough with education on tongue and lip ties and making sure we felt comfortable. Dr. Baxter did not push the revision on us in any way. He’s extremely warm and personable as are his staff. I had some anxiety around the procedure, he was finished in the time it took me to use the restroom. He called the same evening to follow up. They recommended several pain mitigation tactics for our daughter and said if we have any issues with insurance to put them in touch with our insurance to aid us in handling the claim. Would highly recommend."
