"I had a Doctor already, and was trying to see about scheduling an appointment with the specialist, and on the second phone call, rather than trying to send me to his assistant the same way they did last time, which ended with them saying they would call me back, they scheduled me with a new Dr. So after my second call back, I was setup with a new Dr, and appointment. Which Is not what I was requesting. Now I have a second bill for something I DID NOT request. My insurance is also supposed to cover everything but $98 or $99 dollars and some change for my first bill, but they are saying I still owe two payments of $48. The second bill is only covered by my insurance for like 10 bucks, so I don't think they even matched me with someone who took my insurance which is the only reason I can afford this. I'm going to call their department and complain, and if all else fails, small claims court. I'd rather give a court money than someone wasting my time while I'm trying to get my mental health back on track. My insurance wanted me to do an appeal, but I'm not going to try to appeal something with an organization who is prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction and health, that would be a waste of my life and time. I hope anyone that reads this takes a second look at their bills from this company."
