"Dr. Black was fantastic! If he were in a primary care practice, i would seek him out to be my primary care physician. The nurse was VERY good at her job! Efficient but not rushed. The 2 nasal swabs were quick but thorough and not painful."

"Brook gave me my shot and I didn’t even feel it. Autumn was my provider, she was efficient and very compassionate. Jada was at the front desk and helped me with my check in with a big smile. April was the lab tech who made all the unpleasant test (3) easier. This is a wonderful group. I will be recommending to all my friends and family."

The nurse or doctor that helped me did an amazing job, explained everything as she was performing a removal of a cyst of some sort on my arm. She did great and so glad I went . "I am making this review on behalf of my husband, who was a patient a few days ago at American Family Care Pelham. We were in and out in about maybe 2 hours, which is a lot faster than it has been in the past. The office staff was really nice, and although my husband was not in the best moods due to the fact that he was not feeling well, the office attendant didn't waver in her professionalism and kindness. One of the nurses, Mohammed N., was professional and explained everything in detail to both my husband and I. And although I pants quite remember the name of the doctor that we had seen, I have never had a single complaint with coming here and neither has my husband. Other than the long wait times, but we know that can't exactly be helped. Thank you all for your hard work."
