She never responds to messages, no one EVER answers the phone even though the receptionist just sits on her butt on her phone. this is the worst office I’ve ever been to."

I have a physical disability & Tammie Smith refuses to allow me to have a family member assist me in the room . Even when said family member is masked & vaccined for COVID ."
