"Worst Doctors office ive ever been to!! They acted like a blood test would show an infection. They said, I didnt have an infection. I went to the hospital, days later and yes, I had an infection. Us adults dont have to be a doctor to know what an infection feels like in the body. Dr. got rude with me for even mentioning it! Like I was insulting him. Just because your white blood cell count isnt up, doesnt guarantee you dont have an infection!!"

"Me, My Family and Extended Family all see Nurse Practitioner Amber Yartins and We Love her she treats us like family and we are so overwhelmed that we have to try and find a new Primary Care. I found out Wed that they have let the staff go at the office and Amber will only be there till the 30th we need to all make a call and see why this is happening. I've never had a doctor that was able to find the right medicine for me. Hope she finds a place to go! I will make sure to follow her. As well as my family! Wish they would keep her there! We Love you and your Family Amber Yartins! I have always had a hard time getting my husband to go to a doctor but she was the only one he felt like cared. We will be checking into why on Monday! And of all times right here at Christmas!"

"My children and I see Amber Nicole Yartins and we love her. The first visit my 8 month old had with her lasted almost 30 minutes. She was so detailed in her exam. Asking questions and checking things that her previous Dr hadn't. My first visit was the same. When I saw her for anxiety she treated me like a person with a medical condition instead of someone looking for drugs. She listened and gave great advice and gave me the medicine I needed. She wasn't like some doctors who stay in the room with you for maybe 5 minutes. She actually sits down and talks to you. She doesn't make you feel rushed to explain your symptoms. She is amazing and I recommend her to everyone who isn't happy with their Dr."

"I used to see Dr. Shugrue and loved him. Since he, and all the other doctors left I don't know what happened to this place. Dr. Blanchard doesn't listen to me or answer my questions and concerns, she completely talks over me. Also, they have not taken care of my health needs and the place I went to get a CPAP machine had to call 3 times to get my prescription and information and said they were rude about it. When I needed a replacement cpap mask they never sent the script to the place that requested it. On the plus side, I do like the nurse. He is easy to talk to and is the only reason for my second star. I'm just fed up and won't be going back there after several years of using them. They need to get on the ball. Lives depend on it."
