"I can't brag enough about Eminence Urgent Care. The nurses and staff are so kind and patient. The waiting room is quiet. The office is clean. The wait is quick and I was in and out so fast! Not to mention the Nurse practitioners, Brayden Jolley is incredibly compassionate, made me laugh, and feel whole-heartedly comfortable. I didn't get the nurses name who gave me two shots but she has the hands of an angel. She had the most delicate touch. I will forever come here in the future. Thank you all for such a peaceful experience in the midst of feeling sick."
"First, the receptionists are so very sweet and helpful. The nurses and doctors I have met seem like they genuinely care about their patients. If something is still bothering you after you leave, they absolutely want you to come back to help figure things out. They are dedicated to figuring out the problem and getting you better. My mom is a helicopter mom and is more anxious about my test results than I am (I’m 35!) and they are always so patient with her. I love that doctors like that still exist."
"The best urgent care we've been to! This place is very nice and clean (it is brand new) and they were very efficient and fast to get us in and out. The staff made all the difference, though. They were all super friendly and good at what they did. We felt like they were happy to have us visit them and not like we were a nuisance. They were professional, yet personable and super kind to my kids. They young lady who did the swabs didn't hurt the kids while doing it. The whole experience was very pleasant, which is way more than can be said for most doctor visits these days. Will definitely come back!"
