"We got the quickest service I’ve ever experienced at an urgent care facility. Once we got back to our room, which was only about a 10 minute wait, we were seen by the PA, Jim Williams within 10 minutes. We LOVED Mr. Williams! My only complaint is that he doesn’t work in Chilton County, because he would DEF be my PCP!"

"I've had to use this office on several occasions and each time the front office staff all the way to the nursing staff and each doctor I've seen have had the utmost professionalism and kindness. It was busy this trip, but they assured me they were working to get me seen as soon as possible. The waiting room was clean and the exam room and triage room was also clean. I would definitely recommend this AFC."

"The woman checking me in said I was rude. NOT acceptable! I don’t know her name but she was working at reception at the Calera, AL AFC at 9:30 am today. I was filling out my paperwork on the tablet provided. It said, “If you need help come see us at the front desk.” I couldn’t figure it out. I’m old and IT challenged. I took it to her to ask for help, and she said I was being rude. EXCUSE ME??!!??? I expect an apology. She has no idea what I have gone through and caused a tremendous amount of grief on my part for being unkind. Below is a picture of the mission statement. I was not treated with kindness and respect. Please call her aside and give her a verbal lashing. I truly needed help. She wanted to tell me no, but I said I HAVE to get help. I was called rude for my trouble and she should be fired. Thank you."

"The best AFC or Urgent care I ever visited from the time I walked in the door the receptionist was wonderful & got my son help immediately his nose started bleeding & running like water & dizzy! I pulled over ran in AFC & asked for help & they assisted us not knowing was we able to pay or anything . Every last staff member came in asked was we Ok? The medical techs offered water ensured me he was going to be OK! The NP listened, asked questions & asked us did we understand she was very professional but treated my son like she would treat her own family! Thank You AFC Calera for speedy & thorough care ! I find comfort & at ease knowing you all are 15 minutes from University Of Montevallo!"
