"Went for my yearly mammogram-which we should all do, ladies! There was no wait. The receptionist was super friendly. The technician, Heather, was professional and personable and so nice. It was such a quick and seamless experience! And, they use the 3D scan."

"Very professional and kind. Everyone was sweet and calm, which is very important to me. Extremely clean and organized. That's also very important to me as that says a lot about the whole team of staff there at Russell Medical Center. That made my experience as less stressful as I could have ever asked for. Everything matters and I could see pride in their work. Also, I saw SO MANY smiles greeting me everywhere where I saw an employee, no matter what their "job title" was. That also says a lot about the staff at Russell Medical Center. This was my experience this week, so that's the only thing I'm able to rate today."

"No one could ever tell me what time my surgery was so that I could make the necessary logistics to have someone pick me up. Got to the hospital about 10-15 minutes before I was supposed to. Was in the waiting room for nearly an hour and a half. When they did come get me surgery was scheduled like 30 minutes earlier. Then I had to wait on the doctor to get back. They finally got me into surgery two hours later than my scheduled time. In recovery I finally had to ring my call button an hour after I woke up to see when they were going to let me go and it took another 30 minutes to get my paperwork ready. My driver to take me home had to wait a good hour on me that was unnecessary. The surgery went fine. It was the process that I was not happy with."

"I love this place. They have the best people and great facilities. The only thing they could improve is their communication with their patients. I laid on my gurney for 4 hours without anyone ever updating me on when I would go into the operating room. I realize it is difficult to precisely schedule operations but it doesn't stop the staff from communicating to the patient any delays to help manage expectations. They can do better."

"From arrival to discharge my experience was wonderful. All of my concerns, worries, and questions were addressed. I was never left without answers or calming words. The nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgeon worked seamless as a team. The procedure took much longer than estimated, yet someone always informed my family of what was going on. The surgeon was worried the pharmacy would be closed and not reopen until after the holiday, so she had a nurse will my Rx for me to have at discharge. Everything was perfect. Thank you!"
