"WORST place ever. Not only do they schedule appointments 2 months out they will also CANCEL your appointment without any advanced notice!!!!!!! I have already taken off for the appointment so im missing out on MONEY! This place is the worst!"

"This place has really gone downhill, I’ve been calling leaving messages for the nurse to call me back and has yet to receive a phone call back, I even left a voicemail for the manager and still no return call back. Urgency is definitely not a priority here and they could care less about your health needs. Don’t get me wrong I love Dr. Nadkar she is very nice and attentive to my needs, the only good thing about this place."

"The drs are grest..the prtor authorization dept is slow and seems very arrogant. They need to go back to direct telephone service so you can talk to someone for emergency situations that dont really need Er visits but to talk to YOUR Drs"

"The resident physicians do really seem to care. They try to make it a good experience. However, I've been forgotten about twice while in the room waiting to see a physician; other times the wait in the room has been over an hour. When the resident physician I had been seeing graduated, they tried to swap me to a new one but totally ignored the fact that her days of availability shared no commonality with the time slots I could make appointments on. I don't particularly enjoy going there, but on Medicaid there just aren't many options."

"This is the worse office to go to with the hope of getting treatment. My family member went to this office about 2-3 weeks ago to get established with a PCP. Firstly, she was scheduled with one doctor only to be surprised by someone saying she was a different “doctor” who stated her name was Dr. Giovanni. There was no interest in whether this was acceptable by the patient or not. This doctor appeared to have very little knowledge about treatment modalities and stated several times she’d have to check with her “boss doctor”(never in my life has this ever been experienced this before). Secondly, There was a request for labs to be done with little to no follow-up. Patient had to call the office to speak to their rude and nonchalant office staff to request an update. This doctor seemed to be more concerned with why patient has been unable to go back to work rather than finding out why the illness is happening or how to treat the illness. Patient was told that referrals would be made by the provider which never happened. When patient inquired about the status of the referrals the dr told the patient you can call to find your own specialist & make your own appointment(s). Dr also made the accusation that patient is just being lazy and may not want to go back off to work. All this after only one office visit!! Definitely need to plan to file a grievance to Baptist"
