"So here’s the story. My appointment was at 9:00 AM, I arrived at that time on that date. ( 02/7/24) explained to Frank my heater problem. He said we will keep the car most of that day. Well most of the day became 8 days. During those 8 days I spoke to Sam., Tom and another guy by the name of I think Solis or something. I understood Frank was sick, and it was his job. No one ever called me to tell me anything, I got a text message from Frank the next day (8th) it explained an assortment of things wrong with the car. After that, nothing (I’ll call you back) nobody ever called me back until day 7 or 8. Then Tom whom I might add was very nice, but still it took a while for anyone to respond. Anyway to make a long story short they charged 165.00, told me what I needed and said it would cost me $1500.00. Of course I didn’t get my car fixed but my point is why it took over week to tell me that. I was inconvenienced for over a week when they could have told me that the first day. I mean after all it was on an appointed date they gave me. Mr. McCarthy I just think that’s a very bad way to do business with people. A couple days OK, but keep my car for 8 days was just absolutely unnecessary."

"I’ll never work with another Ford dealer again. They got me on the schedule within a day, listened to me when I explained what was going on, and completed my recall work within 24 hours of dropping it off. Great customer service. My frustration level was peaking with what I had dealt with up till then and I know came in hot when I dropped it off. Admittedly, I was a real handful. (My bad.) They were so understanding even in light of that. Recommend this dealership wholeheartedly."

"Yesterday I spoke with Mike in service at 11:17am to ask if my car could be seen for a check engine light. I reiterated that I needed my car back by 4pm and if this couldn’t happen I could keep my appointment for the following day. Mike insured me and my spouse that we would hear something before that time but he already guessed what the issue was (he was right )!! I called at 2:47pm. I spoke to someone who said the technician had started working on my car. They couldn’t find him and I would receive a call back. During this time, I never received a phone call about the problem or solution. My car just began to be worked on due to it being covered under warranty. I called back again at 4:13pm and was told by MD that my car wouldn’t be ready today. He was very apologetic but I was stuck at work and my children were stuck at school. He informed me the mechanic was gone and my car wasn’t finished. I called again to speak to a manager Pete who got all the information and asked to give me a call back. 4:22pm I received a callback from MD who said my car was ready and I can come pick it up. I was told a shuttle would come back to get me but he explained the person was already gone. I then had to get an Uber but as I was down the street he called back to say he was going to send a technician. Needless to say it was a rough experience and better communication needs to be had between the people in service. But I am grateful they were able to diagnosis and solve the issue."
