"On the recommendation of my brother who has been taking his car here for years, I had Sinclair replace the struts for my 2012 Honda CR-V. I had originally wanted them to install the KYB struts for replacement but they recommended the Monroe top-of-the-line struts. I decided to go with the Monroe struts. After the installation, I drove the car for a couple of weeks and did not like the ride. It was way too bouncy and I did not feel I was in control. I took it back to Sinclair and told them my issues. They did not give me any excuses or grief. They replaced the front struts again (with new Monroes) and now my CR-V drives almost as it did originally. Great customer service! Fair price!"
