"I came out of here feeling nothing but my experience was a total bait & switch. I turned away other shops and waited 8 days to get a spot at Frame Service because their hourly labor rate was much cheaper. All I needed was a routine PM service on my 2018 Kenworth semi. I asked multiple times for a quote, or at least a ballpark of what it would cost, and they would tell me was "$90/hr for 2.5 hours, plus filters." I asked if they could pull history from someone else's Kenworth to give me an idea on total cost, but they insisted that it was impossible. Lo and behold, the total bill for my oil and filter change was $825, when I could have gone 25 miles to Love's for $489. They never even called me to authorize a total cost after they got my truck--they just did it and billed me, expecting me to pay whatever rate they decided at the end. To top it all off, the main reason I was there was to get an updated annual DOT inspection, and when I showed up to pick up my truck and asked for my inspection sticker, they said they "forgot to do it"....after having my truck for 9 hours. I had to come back the next day, which forced me to cancel a scheduled pickup with a very important customer of mine, costing me even more money. I do not recommend this shop to anybody, and will not be returning."

"We just picked up our farm semi yesterday and invoice stated “checked all fluids”. They did not fill it back up after service. They did make things right by brining out coolant to the semi. Check everything before leaving! Everything else was great!"

"Terrible customer service. My Equiptment is top notch and I am super picky. I told them I would be pulling my truck around to the bay and stand back there while they pulled it onto alignment rack. He told me if I was that picky I could just go somewhere else. A big reason why I wanted to do that was due to the few horror stories I’ve heard about frame service over the years. One time they forgot to set the brakes on a truck and rolled out into US33 and got banged up pretty bad. Other people have told me how ram rod like they are when it comes to driving other peoples trucks. I went back outside and called McMahons and they got me in immediately AND they even let me drive around and pull onto the rack MYSELF. Definitely recommend going there instead you will not be disappointed with McMahon. Frame service is a joke. I can’t believe you would turn a customer away in such a rude manner for something so minuscule to them but it was a big deal to me. Never coming back !"
