"Their customer does not exist. I had a time window in which I applied for a refund because my event was rescheduled. I sent the refund request in and received an email confirmation from Ticketmaster. After the the refund time ended, ticketmaster claims they did not receive a refund request even though I forwarded the email they sent to me for the request. Crooks. Dont trust them. Go somewhere else. They do not receive phone calls or review any emails. Everything is auto reply."
