"Our family loves Dr. Farthing and her office! We have been patients there for almost 20 years. The staff is always super friendly and great with my kids. They always run on schedule. I have referred several families there."

"We travel from Columbus Indiana to come to this dentist office. Honestly I’m shocked at some of these poor reviews, because honestly maybe they haven’t been to other more stressful offices before….. staff is amazing and quick and friendly. I take my oldest son who’s autistic and it’s a much calmer experience for him! 5 out of 5 !"

"Recommended by the school for my son. I took all my kids here and loved it. My youngest had his very first appt and did awesome and that’s a huge step for him. So definitely sticking to this place."

"I took my 17 month old for his first dentist appointment. The staff was very friendly, and did really great with him!! The only thing I was a little worried about was they said next time I couldn’t go back there with him so I told them in all honesty I wouldn’t reschedule again if I couldn’t go back there they did compromise with me and said I could go back there with him until he does well enough not to need me anymore. Grateful they were able to compromise with me. Also his appointment was at 4 and we didn’t go back until 4:30"

"This dentist needs an ethics review.. We are new to the area and scheduled an appointment for my 6YO to be seen. We arrived 20 minutes early for our appointment to ensure new patient paperwork would be filled out in a timely manner. While in the waiting room a very rude nurse with horrible RBF and an attitude bigger than Texas came to the waiting room to call a child, this child was distressed and nonverbal, his mom tried to coax him to the back with the nurse and when he threw himself on the ground the nurse stated very grumpily "your to big for me to carry, you need to get up and walk" she then did a glance around the room, made eye contact with me (I'm sure my face matched hers at this point as I was on edge after watching her interact with someones child) and then rolled her eyes and proceeded to look at her apple watch as if she had something more important to do than her job... While waiting 50 minutes in the waiting room (they were 30+ minutes behind schedule) I watched every child be called back, and each went crying without parents, parents were then called to the door to get their distraught children after treatment. It was at this time that I informed the front desk that I was not comfortable with moving forward and would be taking my children elsewhere, the front desk assistant offered to ask the dentist if they would be okay with me accompanying my child to the back.... I was honestly baffled. If your dentist practice isn't comfortable with parents being in the room while a stranger has them in a vulnerable and uncomfortable position, that raises many red flags!! The only reason this was offered was because I was ready to walk out the door.. This practice needs to have a heart to heart with the employees they have working with children, schedule less appointments so that they can actually be on time and be more sympathetic to the fear they are instilling in these kids. I would not recommend anyone take their children to this dentist."
