"This location consistently provides extremely low quality product. I don’t even really like Taco Bell to begin with, and if I’ve eaten from here it’s been bought for me and I’m still extremely disappointed with this establishment. Cheesy Gordita crunch so thin it’s not even passable for this menu item. I always feel genuinely ripped off after eating here."

"This is probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, I should've written this same review 10x at least but didn't. The staff stinks, they act like they hate their jobs & it shows. The last time we went there our food wasn't even wrapped up. I opened the bag to make sure we got the proper food bcuz you have to do that at this location & literally the tacos & burritos I'd ordered were laid in the bag on the wrappers & the wrappers were not in any way wrapped around the items. I was so shocked I wrapped the 3 tacos on top & shut the bag. When I got home I told my wife & kids what happened & opened the bag to give them their food & under the 3 tacos I'd wrapped was another 3 tacos & a burrito unwrapped. If there was a contest for the worst fast food restaurant in the country this location would win. The only reason they're still open & not out of business is bcuz they're across the street from a high school, everyone in our little city avoids that location if possible. I'll never go back"

"Staff was friendly and service was quick but unfortunately the food was lacking. I paid extra to have tomatoes added to my tacos and the amount I received was laughable. The lettuce, cheese, and beef were also cut back on significantly. I hoped that maybe this was a one-off instance but all three of my tacos were like this. Disappointing."

"This poor Taco Bell needs taken out back and shot. Constantly overworked and understaffed, with terrible management, so it's no wonder the hospitality from the crew is less than ideal. Nine times out of ten my order is either wrong, or cold. And if you want to order in store, forget it. The drive thru and digital orders are so backed up from not having enough people that in-store customers are left standing and waiting for ages. This store has obviously been forgotten by upper management. It needs a complete overhaul, from the physical building to the crew and management. If your order is simple, and you have the time to wait for your food and also check that it's correct, come here as a last resort. Otherwise, save yourself the sadness."

"Very poor service and food quality since last week.there is hardly any beans on this crunchwrap when I had it beef replace. I have been eating at this store for last 2 yrs and this is the worst quality food I ever had here.waste of money and time to eat here anymore."
