"The bigger blonde lady insulted what I was wearing because I was wearing my gym shirt. I made it a point to walk past her area in the shirt I changed into in the bathroom after the trim. Screw you, lady."
"First off you can't even write a bad review on the website because the hair stylist gets to approve the comments. So all of them have great reviews. Smh wow. Crystal at loft 22 didn't even show up for my appointment. No email, no call, not even a text message. I called the night before my appointment and 3 times while standing at her loft 22... no answer. I texted her, and here it is an hour and 1/2 after my appointment and still no response. And forget getting anyone to help you there!!!! Its everyone for themselves there! Zero people to talk to, just a sign that tells you what loft your person is in or how to use the website to make an appointment. Just a horrible experience dealing with this company. And so rude to just not answer the number they provide costumers to call. Never ever will I book another appointment here!!!!!! There is no excuse when you are running a business to not reach out to your customers if your not going to make an appointment! This is a poor example of a salon!!!!!!!"
"I went to Angela Ukusare (loft 6) for my first ever perm. My hair was completely natural with no highlights or coloring. With it being my first perm, I had some expectations, but was left extremely dissatisfied and upset less than 24 hours later. My hair came out unbelievably frizzy and flat in many spots. I followed all of her instructions (not getting it wet, no products other than the oil drops, etc) and still was left with a mess of hair. Unfortunately, I did not know what a perm would cost... and I walked out the door having paid $517.24. I have called multiple times to speak with the owner or management to receive some sort of way to fix the situation but have received Zero response back. Don't get taken advantage of like I was!!!"
"I love that you can make appointments online and receive confirmation from your stylist. It makes things easier for me, I booked my appointment in bed at 11pm the night before. The website is well laid out and my stylist was phenomenal. She gave me the exact haircut I wanted after cutting off over 13" to donate. I will be back, that's for sure!"
