"I unfortunately had a similar experience to a gentleman that left a review below. I was given an estimate and then two weeks later slapped with a bill that was 4 times the estimate amount and still had another session to go which I cancelled. I was given a print out of the explanation of benefits. The receptionist circled that I was in network and stated “I don’t know why your insurance is not paying.” I called the insurance and they had quoted me as in network which was not the case. I feel like if you are going to give people quotes you should be able to recognize if a patient is in or out of network seems pretty basic. Even if I was in network it still doesn’t add up to the estimate that was given so if I can’t trust what they are quoting me, I can no longer be a patient. I loved my hygienist and the dentist however the front desk was unprofessional and unreliable."
