"I went to get a quote about my bumper that was kind of falling off due to my own issue of pulling too close to the curb while parking a time or two. (Oops!) This issue was more cosmetic than anything, and was not something that needed done ASAP. Trampus, gave me a quote. The next day, Gerber called me asking me when I would be able to come in and have my car looked at to have the bumper repaired. I told them they must be confused, because I was the single mom gal who needed to save up more before purchasing the new bumper. The receptionist told me that after speaking with me, Trampus, this kind hearted man, would like try and fix my bumper.
