"I love this place! I go & when my daughter got a little older, she goes here as well. Audrey is wonderful! We went on Monday (8/2) & got my daughters haircut for school. She's 6. After we had gotten home, I noticed one side was slightly longer than the other. (This was no fault of Audrey. My daughter has vision issues so she was holding her head slightly crooked, she thinks she's holding it even & neither of us noticed, because we were talking about life.) I messaged Audrey & she said she'd straighten it up for us. We went back today (8/6) & Audrey fixed it for us & even curled it for her again."

"I LOVE this salon. It is a fun atmosphere and they do not overcharge like a lot of salons I've been to in the past. They play fun music and use nice products. I love, love, love Audrey's work. She is the sweetest also! I was referred here by my sister and I haven't went anywhere else since I started going at the end of last year. Be sure to set an appointment! These ladies stay busy, so walking in might not work well. I HIGHLY recommend Audrey for cuts/colors/styles. She makes my hair beautiful!"

"I was in need of a new hair stylist and was referred to Design Lines by a friend. She raved about the cute little house it was in and how great the woman she saw was. I was looking forward to having a really great experience however, that was not the case. I had an appointment and arrived right on time. I was greeting by the hairstylist I was supposed to see and told it would be just a minute. The salon is very cute and had coffee and comfy chairs so I got some coffee and waited. I was not approached by anyone again until 20--25 minutes later. The hair stylist I was supposed to be seeing came over and told me that she was running behind due to other clients being late and would be finished with the client before me in just a few minutes. I was not very happy, but tried to be understanding and asked her if my appointment was at the time I had arrived. She said yes and then apologized and asked if I was in a hurry. I continued to wait another 25 minutes. After waiting for 45 minutes, a different staff member came up to the front desk and I walked up and said that I couldn't wait any longer and had to leave. I walked out. I had previously been texting directly with the stylist I was supposed to be seeing that day, and never did I receive a text to reschedule or to apologize for the situation that had occurred. Also, while waiting for 45 minutes, there was only one other employee that asked me if I had been helped yet. I will not return to this salon and thought it was an EXTREMELY unprofessional place of business. I would not recommend visiting this salon."
