"I chose this office for my gum graft procedure because they took my dental insurance. Dr. Rajkumar was so kind and helpful with answering questions. She even sent a personal letter to my house following the surgery. The other staff in this office were also great. They accommodated to my schedule, as I had to drive an hour and twenty minutes to my appointments. I would recommend!"

"Dr. Wolfe was terrific as he evaluated my dental need and articulated well the problem and the procedure he will take for my care. He was also positive and caring seeing my anxiousness about the surgery. The staff was great also, being polite wanting the best for me as they also explained the procedures, set appointments and gave me the financial information. The only situation I felt uncomfortable with, was my lack of understanding that I would need to pay up front today for all the future appointments. I understood I would need to pay for today's appointment, however I was not prepared to pay for everything today. I am familiar with situations in which the cost is given and the next appointment would be when I would pay for the procedures. This was a huge cost and I had no previous idea of the possible cost and didn't prepare for immediate payment. Also, how it was presented was general and there was an uncomfortable silence in which, I had to ask if I needed to pay today in order to set the future appointments. The ladies just looked at me as if I needed to answer on payments, however I was the person who initiated the questioning concerning the need to pay before I left. The personnel should have said, here is the cost, here is the discount if paid all at once ( this part they did say) but then they should have continued saying: how would you like to pay for the future procedures and appointments? Would you like to pay part of it or all of it today, or pay at your next appointment or make payments over time. Again, I had no understanding that I needed to pay for future appointments beginning immediately. I thought I would only be paying for today's appointment. I will say again, that I appreciated the entire staff who helped me. They are knowledgeable, caring, positive and willing to guide me through all the procedures and answer my questions. I only wish I could have had prior written or verbal information explaining I should be prepared to prepay part of or select the choice of complete discounted payment for this procedure."

"I had gone to this place for a majority of my growing up and had previously thought the care was good, which I now realize isn't as good as my child self made it to be. During my time there staff was very friendly and direct with conversation. Though the nurses did well when tending to my teeth, I'm afraid the doctor, though also friendly, did not take the care he should have. Every time I went there, I'd to have the same tooth filled. During my last appointment there, they crowned the tooth when it should have been removed visits ago considering that this tooth is a baby tooth and will rot out eventually as this type of tooth is not meant to last like a permanent tooth. This is something they should have known or, if they did, they DID NOT take the necessary step in having it removed. Now, that tooth is still rotting underneath the not properly placed metal cap that he inserted. I will also note that they did not address this matter as a choice; they made it for me instead (as I was 18 then). I also had a filling on a back molar of mine, which is now since removed, because he didn't fill it in properly and as a result, the filling fell out and my tooth cracked, which led to a dental emergency. Until I went to another clinic, I did not realize that though, the staff is friendly and caring, the doctor's decisions and work was not all that great as it should have been and even questionable considering just those two tooth incidents."

"Do not go here. We have been trying to get my son's records forwarded for over a YEAR!!! The office manager won't return calls, and they will not send the records. If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible!"

"Must be certain to ask if in-network instead of simply asking if accept insurance. Wife only asked if accept insurance. Competent office staff would normally answer yes to accepting insurance but are not in-network. Follow-up...was told by office staff that informing if out-of-network is not their standard operating procedure. Customer must specifically and directly ask "Are you in-network?" Unbelievable."
