"My husband recently had extensive work done on his truck costing over 1600.00$ they had it a week and my husband had to call to find out it was done. They kept trying to sell him things he didn’t need. And when my husband drove it when he picked it up the front end still vibrated.They neglected to tell him there is a broken belt on a front tire.My husband was very unhappy with his service."
"Took my car in for an oil change and to have the check engine light looked at... After two weeks the only thing they had done was the oil change!! This is after calling them multiple times through the two weeks to see what was going on!"
"My parents took their van to KMA's to get the brakes fixed. They were told it would cost $500. When they went to pick up the van, the brake light was still on, brakes went to the floor, and they were not able to drive it home. They told my parents for another $150 they would fix the brakes (on top of the $500 already charged). My parents said absolutely not we paid you $500 and you did not fix the brakes. They would not give my parents their money back and had a mechanic drive my parents van to their house. Too many mechanics in Kokomo to do business with KMA - save yourself the grief go somewhere else!"

"They've fixed my front Shocks and struts and a few months later, fixed my passenger side lower control arm. Everything was done in a timely manner, communication was great compared to other auto companies. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone who needs car work done."
