That fact is, Neil was honest about every business transaction we had. I know of some others ( I will not mention now ) that wasn't so honest and costed me money. As of to the present, my vehicles are trusted with Neil and I believe that he is honest and a polite man. Of course I never accused him of anything that he didn't do. "Called to get an estimate. Everything was going fine till I mentioned I have my own parts and that I just need labor. The company won't install customer obtained parts as to avoid problems with a warranty issue. Would have been nice to know before I went out of my way to try to do business with them."
