"Beyond impressed with the customer service, timeliness, and quality!! They were able to get my car in quickly to get the alternator fixed. After doing an inspection, at my request, they also found the timing cover needed replaced and pulleys. They also worked well with my warranty company. Although, the warranty company refused to pay more than $650. I did have to call to get updates daily, but Wendy was always respectful and worked hard to get me an update. The entire project only took 3-4 days once they got it in the shop. I did have to end up paying $1500 out of pocket for all the fixes, but the car runs like a dream. I really appreciate the mechanics, front desk, and everyone who was involved in the process of fixing my vehicle and proving such high quality service. I would bring my car back here, I would recommend my family and friends to bring their car here. Thank you for all you do!"

"If you have a serious issue with your car, I would recommend taking it here but you have to know, there will be a long, waiting period up to two months or more. I took my car here without knowing what was wrong with it, I had an internal issue and they fixed it. The car runs perfectly like new, even better than before. The price to fix it was high almost $5000. But I believe it was money well spent. Although the waiting period caused me to spend 2000 in rental car services while waiting, I wasn’t upset with the work that they did. They’re super busy and have a family oriented shop which isn’t necessarily a good thing because the mechanics here aren’t reliable. So some guys will call off get sick use PTO etc. which pushes back production time and schedules. If you can go somewhere else cheaper and faster go there. But if you really care about your car. And don’t mind the wait. Then maybe go here. They’re gonna charge you a lot of money just so you know."

"I will never be going back. Took my car in to get new bushings and a couple other things fixed. Everytime they told me they’d call they didn’t do I had to call. They had my car for over 3 weeks and kept telling me they’d have my car done and wouldn’t call me and wouldn’t even have my car done when they said they would. I got my car back and now my window that worked perfectly fine and should not have even been messed with is now completely broken. They are overpriced and very unprofessional."
