"If it were not for Tonya, I would have given this place zero stars. My first time in here was two days ago and I was greeted by a girl named Tabby. Her very first story to me was about how I had to get 6 vials of blood drawn and how she saw a big man go white and pass out from that before. She then proceeded on to tell me about many fainting experiences she has seen. Not great bedside manner for someone who has test anxiety. Tonya began to try to draw blood. It wasn't working in the first arm. Tabby's suggesting was to wait for Paige who "could get blood from a gnat." Insinuating I was a hard draw and Tonya was not capable. Tonya and I kept at it and tried two more times. I was extremely dehydrated and decided to come back in a few days. The whole time we were testing,Tabby was trying to "distract me" by showing me images on her phone and speaking in a strange accent very loud and excitedly. I was trying to be polite but really just wanted to know how Tonya was doing and what was taking so long. Flash forward two days later. I went in just to find Tonya there and no Paige. I had specifically told Tabby to call me if Paige wasn't going to be there since she was the one who suggested she was the only one for the job. Decided not to wait the two hours for Paige and let Tonya try again. Tonya and I were done in two minutes with very little anxiety and no stories of other people fainting. So go see Tonya at Daphne!"

"Mrs. Jackie the nurse here was amazing, very nice and approachable. I came here to get a titer done for nursing school, comes to found out she was also a nurse! That’s all we talked about while I was getting my blood drawn, it was nice to talk to someone that is in the same field I’m going to be in. The place was clean and welcoming. I would definitely return here to get anything I need!"

"I have booked an appointment for finger print card at 3pm at this location. Got a call from their employee asking if I can show up earlier. Showed up at 2.20pm. I've been told to wait, without telling me exactly how long. I've asked a few times would it worth waiting because they stop taking finger prints at 4pm. Didn't get a clear answer, instead the girl at front desk was super rude and was suggesting me to sit and wait. When I've asked again how long the wait would be I've been told that i haven't waited an hour yet. I've repeat my question would it worth waiting or should I reschedule it for another day ? I've been told to leave."

"Brooke is awesome and super professional! I have dealt with many labs and companies and always have enjoyed their services. You do need to make an appointment for fingerprints but they were able to make me one with short notice. They only allow one person in at a time for safety and sanitary reasons, and I really appreciate that they look out for their customers and staff. Will definitely be back!!"
