"Dr. Saville's Nurse LITERALLY laughed at me! This act was Very rude and unprofessional. The proper action to take if the received information seemed falsified. Would be to SIMPLY VERIFY! . LAUGHING AT DISABLED PATIENT IN PAIN IS NOT what I expected from an Infirmary Health entity.VERY DISTASTEFUL! I can only speak for his nurse, my Physician is GREAT! I have no other Complaints, ALTHOUGH I tried reporting this incident and was ignored."
"The Diagnostic and Medical Center was given a simple task to provide me and my doctor with a specific blood test. The nurse who took my instructions failed to include the test in the order to the lab. When I got the results, the specific test was not included. Now, they refuse to refund my co-payment. I did not get the service that I requested, and I am forced to take them to small claims court to settle this. I am claiming zero stars!!!"
"Leaving a one star because I can't leave no stars. Staff is extremely rude extremely unprofessional and apparently they don't know how to use a telephone to call the proper number. Nor can they tell time. They have shifted appointments around with less than 24 hours before the appointment. People have jobs they can't just keep taking days off. Extremely rude phone presence. Apparently the front desk lady is a lazy liar incapable of doing her job properly. Very uneducated and very rude."
"Where do I begin service was awesome when I was paying with a different insurance company. Then because of events I had to use VA community care. Well I had a va referral number to bill but the first lady said it had no doctor name so I could not see the Dr. Asked about samples said there was nothing wrong with me. Second time got her red hair friend. Came an hour early with my military son first she acted like she couldn't find me then asked insurance I said VA, oh your one of them! Why did I have to get you. I called spoke to a Melissa and Ashley. Was supposed to speak to Paula because Daniel was out. But have yet to hear from him. But what was really upsetting was they were mored worried about the food coming in then listening to what I had to say."
"Being from another country, it was my first time using the American health system and was a little worried. I saw Dr Saville and he was great. Took the time to listen and was of great help. The nurse who did the initial exam was also very sweet . Staff at the front desk were polite and did thier best despite a slight language barrier."
