"Have never had a bad experience in the 3 years of going to this location. We went when they first opened, and there was only one stylist for the first hour. The woman cut way more then I wanted, my layers are uneven and there is a small section that is much shorter then the rest in the back. She rushed through the entire hair cut and was extremely rough combing my hair and jerking my head around, she didn't even show me the back when it was done. She accidentally poked my fiance in the face with the clippers because she was rushing."

"I’m not one to put reviews on stuff,but I went today and they did absolutely nothing I asked for. I get the saying “ you get what you pay for” but I didn’t deserve to walk out of there with the haircut I have for $20. They don’t take their time, and they end up doing whatever they want with your hair. I still tipped the lady a few bucks because she was sweet. Staff is great but if you have long thick hair like me I wouldn’t go there if I were you."
