"I messed up the time of my first appointment with them. I can’t drive anymore and I live 30 min away and I use the senior van. Dusty and Shelly were so kind to me. They let me stay and fit me in for at least a consultation to find my needs. They fit me in the next day. The Dr took extra pics and was very thorough. You can’t get any better than this dentist office."

"The dentist was very busy but he still made time to do my filling so I wouldn’t have to come back. The hygienists have always been very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. The front desk girl is always very efficient and friendly. Overall my last 2 visits have been great and I highly recommend."

"Let me start by saying the dentist and the assistant were both very nice and informative during my initial visit.. I went Friday (12/15/2023) to get all of my wisdom teeth extracted. I was already nervous about not being put to sleep because I knew how my wisdom teeth were growing. Most of them were compacted. But I went forward with the procedure anyway because they needed out. Only one came out whole. The rest had to be cut out and my gums had to be stitched. After the first two teeth were taken out, I was told I had underlying infection in my gums. They prescribed me mouth wash, 5mg pain medicine, (which did not help me whatsoever due to a tolerance I built up from a recent severe injury), Tylenol 800 and an antibiotic. (They also claimed to have prescribed me a steroid but I do not recall that being mentioned to me. Nor was it included in the prescriptions that I picked up from the pharmacy.) I was informed of this today when I went back because of the pain and swelling (12/19/2023). I ended up going to the emergency room on 12/16/2023 after calling the dentist office emergency line and being told I would get a call back, which I never did. The swelling had gotten so bad and the pain medication was not helping subside the pain at all. (First picture) My face on the right was hot to the touch and I was running a fever, woke up drenched in sweat and the swelling had went to under my eye. Ice packs weren’t helping, the medication wasn’t helping. I was miserable. (Second & third picture) The E.R. prescribed a little stronger pain medication and a steroid which I have been taking according to the dosage. I’ve made some progress but not much. Fast forward to today, (12/19/2023) I went in for a follow up. Still in a lot of pain, Still a lot of swelling on the right side accompanied by a hard spot on my jaw line that has stayed red and is now bruised, as well as leaking stitches. (I’m aware that leaking was something that would happen but this is getting to be more often and the taste is getting worse) I was pretty much told to just wait. Was not prescribed anything else for pain which is disheartening considering the pain I am still dealing with. It seemed like they couldn’t be bothered to understand. Mind you, I have still been going to work, I’m also a single mother. The only positive thing I can say about this experience is that I was in and out relatively quickly both with the extraction as well as the “post opp evaluation” today. (Third picture). While I appreciate the friendliness and reassurance from the dentist and assistant from the original visit, I won’t be going back to this dentist office for any further work. Hopefully that can improve on their pain management and urgency to situations like mine."
