"We waited 30 minutes for the stylist to get there to cut my daughter's hair. She got stuck behind a train. We waited 15 minutes before anyone had the decency to inform us why we were waiting. Yes, we had an appointment. The stylist decided to run to the gas station right before we got there. The stylist never apologized for being late. The whole experience was unprofessional. The only reason I'm rating 2 stars is because she did a good job on the cut."
