"Curly girls, beware. I went in for a trim and shaping, left with absolutely destroyed, dried out hair. If you're CGM, trust me, they don't know what that is. First picture is in the car, immediately after the appointment. Second picture is after going home, clarifying/deep conditioning and redoing my hair. List of sins: •Used sulfate shampoo (didn't realize I was going to be shampooed or would have checked) •Tousle dried with cotton towel •Cream and gel were placed as if she was afraid the hair would bite her. Was not scrunched in, no root application, middle and ends only. •No heat protectant used, hair dryer on hottest setting. •Attached diffuser, but didn't diffuse, rather just blow dried from a distance? The one positive – did use a curly-friendly styling cream, but I think this was more luck than skill. Wasn't from the Aveda curly line. Handed me a styling cream while I was leaving (this time from the curly line) – told me it was a leave-in conditioner that would help "fix some of the frizz.""

"Excellent place! I go to Evan Todd Salon for hair and waxing services and I've always had a good experience there. Hannah and Faith are great in what they do and also super nice people. It is an expensive salon but I do notice a big difference in quality and customer service compared to other places in Lafayette."

"I. Love. It. Here. 10/10. I drive an hour just to visit Evan Todd Salon - they have so much to offer and I have never been disappointed. I have gotten the Stretching Massage and several spray tans. After the Stretching Massage I felt great for a solid month at least, she is VERY good at what she does (shout-out to Rahel!) The spray tan always looks great, she never misses a spot I tell you!! I got numerous compliments on how natural it looked. My friend got a bikini wax and dermaplane here and was very satisfied - both were her first time. The staff is so nice and helpful. Evan Todd staff treats you like a friend rather than a customer. Recommend x 1000."
