"I actually had a great experience when I came with my daughter. There was about 2 other ladies in the store and a little girl getting their nails done. It was a great experience I decided to come back for myself. Which was the worse decision of my life. I came in and from the door I was treated with so much disrespect the entire time. I actually cried during the experience because I felt I was treated unfairly due to being the only blacks person in a room full of middle aged white woman. I have never experienced such bold racism in my life. And for this not only will I never return again. I will be moving. The experience has led me to believe if as a grown woman I get treated with such disregard to being a human. I would never want my kids to endure this level of disrespect and racism. To the man who did my nails. You are not above me. I am a paying customer just as the rest. Thank you for turning a relaxing experience into the worse experience of my life."

"Went for a powder dip and it was great. So i decided to make an appointment for me and my sister to get a pedicure and her a manicure the next day. They did our pedicures then said they don’t have time for a manicure. I explained that is what I made the appointment for. She became irritated and so I told her forget it. She just lost my money. Very disappointed. What is the point of an appointment if you don’t honor it?"

"The owner and his colleague (or co-owner, I’m not sure) were extremely friendly, polite, and were able to fit me in for an appointment on a Saturday afternoon when I called that same morning (on Purdue move-in weekend, no less). I felt very safe and comfortable with the precautions they took to ensure the health of themselves and their clients during this global pandemic. I’d highly recommend patronizing this business. Note that they are currently open by appointment only, and while they were very accommodating I’m not sure what range of times they take appointments."

"I've been here multiple times, never with an appointment and they always fit me in. When the owner does my nails they are perfect, he always makes sure they're exactly how I want them. This last time I had to take my two year old with me and he chatted with her and even gave her some M&Ms, we both felt comfortable and welcome."
