"I have gotten a cut from Heather (twice) and sally (once) and I have been very happy with them. The cuts I get are super cute and I also get a hair wash and it comes out to like 20$. I believe it is a good price and you get high quality from what I have asked for."
"The young (maybe new) barber’s service is terrible, going fast and hard on my head (It hurts and I asked her to do it a bit lighter, she questioned back at me). Plus, the haircut is clearly uneven/unsymmetrical on the back. My friends could have done it better than her… The worst part is that that kind of service costed me $20. Next time you get a haircut here, I strongly suggest you find another barber."
"The hairdresser went around the sides with the machine just once, at the speed of light, missing patches that I had to ask to fix. Cut my top with scissors only on the front. Went like an inch higher on my back than where the hair naturally grew and again with patches. And all this done in like 10minutes. The seat wasn’t even cleaned from the person before me. Didn’t want to write this review but god it was a horrible experience. Felt like a sheep more than a human. If you don’t like your job, quit or go on wikihow"
"I have had nothing but positive experiences here. Everyone is very kind and makes helpful suggestions, which is great for me because 9 times out of 10 I come in with next to no idea of what I want to do. The color they do is everything I’ve ever dreamed of and every cut I’ve gotten I’ve loved. This is the first place I’ve ever gone to that nailed the bright, vibrant color I had wanted to do (pic attached, this was done about a year ago). They were also able to take this color out, bleach my hair, and dye it back to my natural hair color about a year after that. They’ve been my go to since moving to the West Lafayette area for school, and I always leave extremely happy with the outcome."
"I have an excellent stylist here, who does a great job with cuts and colors. For her I would give 5 stars. But they also have rude employees who turn away walk ins when there are no customers, 20 minutes before closing. This has been my husband's experience and he wears a short military cut. So for that, I would give 1 star. Average 3 stars."
