"This salon damaged my hair and it was breaking off because of over processing from when they tried to fix it. I saw three different people here and it was never right after the first woman moved back home. I still have a nasty black band from over a year ago and, although I have cut half my hair off, it still hasn't grown out enough to rid myself of it completely. The last time I left this salon, the entire top half of my hair was breaking off and they were not going to tell me about it. They weren't honest and gaslit me into thinking the fault was something I was doing at home. I know the stylist knew exactly what was going on too. They also smoke while waiting for your hair and come back smelling like an ashtray. Save yourself some time, a whole lot of drama, and go somewhere else."

"After a dyeing semi-disaster, I made an appointment with Darci and was able to be seen within 1 hour of making the appointment. My hair was a mess of yellow, orange, blue, and green. Darci was able to get the exact shade of green I was originally going for and even gave me tips on how to maintain my color. Love these girls and makes me happy that I found somewhere that appreciates color. This color brings out my green witch vibes. Love it so much!"
