"To start off, Kim is rude she definitely needs to work on her customer service skills because the attitude was atrocious. I went in to get an estimate due to my car being hit by a snow plow and the estimator sucked. He estimated 5k and stated it will be a lot more. He didn’t even notice how my left side was also damaged, although it was clear that my fender and bumper had damage. How is he okay with letting me submit that to insurance knowing it would cost a lot more than 5k. If you’re not going to do your job correctly just don’t do it at all. :)"

"I sincerely hope that CDE reaches out with a solution to my problem. I give 2 stars because the staff and expectations (at the time) were great. In November of 2022, I had my wife's car brought in to have the bumper replaced and the rear end painted due to an accident that my wife was in. Everything was handled great. Everything was explained, CDE kept us updated the entire time, and the car looked brand new when we picked it up. Fast forward to January 2024, a little over a year after the car was repaired, and the paint is starting to peel. We followed their "post-care" instructions, such as no waxing, etc. I'm extremely disappointed that a paint job from a "professional" lasted a mere 14 months. I'm very interested to see if CDE has the character to reach out and advise some kind of solution for us."
