"A few months ago I made an appointment to get my hair cut and colored. My appointment was with Jamie, I did not get a color, she only put toner on my hair. I did not receive the cut and my hair was not dried or styled. She left the salon before even taking my payment. I had to go find someone else in the salon to check me out. For the money I paid, I should have received the services I requested."
