"Mechanic was great. He fixed my truck on the highway, no problem here. Price was ok too. Ones price was provided I paid the bill right away. Problem started with the invoice created for different company with similar name to mine. I've asked politely to correct mistake but lady refused. "It's paid already, nothing I can do. I didn't create this invoice" - she said. Message was - you paid so get lost an don't bother me. Recently I was using TA truck service few times and never had a single problem. With such a customer service I think next time I'll take my money somewhere else."

"Please just shut this place down and sell it to a company to cares. No food and extremely overpriced. Restaurant closed when it’s supposed to be open. Nastiest coffee on the road."

"Very pleasant experience here last week. Had some battery issues coming here from the west coast. Had them tested and looked over at another TA location in WYOMING just to be told everything looked fine and my batteries passed the test. Came here for the night, woke up with dead batteries again, got a boost and took it into their shop. They were very detailed. They ran the same test and found that yes, my batteries passed the test but we on the very low end of passing, recommended new batteries. So we did just that. Everything has been fine since. The entire staff was great to deal with. Good honest people. If the WYOMING TA was this detailed it would've saved me some issues."

"Extremely slow morning in Iron Skillet restaurant. Took a while to place a breakfast order that was never received by the cook because the receipt printer wasn't working. Waitress never checked to see why it was taking so long for pancakes. I got up and left after 30 minutes. Will not return."
