"Please DO NOT let these guys touch your vehicle. 2 weeks ago I had a small whining noise from my Journey. It still drove perfectly. I just wanted to know what the whining noise was. I found Kings Auto on Google and saw good reviews so I called them. They repaired a hose and oil for $100 but it didn’t fix the problem. A week later, they returned and changed a belt and the alternator. That was another $700. 17 blocks after driving it, the whole car died. They came to look at it on a Saturday and said they’d be right back. Then they called an hour later and said they’d be back 9am Monday instead. Monday they didn’t come or even answer. Tuesday they called and said 9am today (Weds). After several texts and calls to them, they finally text back that whatever is wrong with the car isn’t their problem and they won’t refund anything. They never even gave me receipts for the alternator I asked for. I’ve never left a mechanic in worse shape than arriving. I had a different mechanic look at it and said whoever did this is “an idiot” (his words) and that half the work done was “questionable and sloppy”. The belt is completely destroyed. Their lack of professionalism is unbelievable. They’ve blown us off twice now and pretty much pocketed $800 to leave me with an immobile car. I’ll be taking them to court for my money back. I wouldn’t trust them to even change a tire."
