She was persistent, helpful and professional with meeting my needs and expectations and went above and beyond to make sure I settled into a room I was comfortable with. Location is great, local restaurants within walking distance and a variety of stores within a mile. I highly recommend this place for long term or even short term stays."
"I didn't know that the kitchen didn't have supplies, i.e., coffee maker, dishes or glasses. No blowdryer and you only get 1 roll of tp and if you run out you get your own. The rooms are clean and spacious. I felt safe with having 2 doors to unlock before getting to the hallway with the rooms."
"I've been here a couple months and I must say that this place has exceeded my expectations!!! The rooms are clean and the manager is so sweet. I love how she goes above and beyond for the guest. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends."
"If you are looking for an affordable place and a place like an "apartment". This is it. Customer service was excellent - Shawnese and everyone there was professional. Mr. Handyman was our go to guy when we needed something to get fixed- we were there for a month and, at any moment, I didn't feel like something will be lost. Everyone here is honest. The guests are awesome and helpful. Pest control was excellent and we didn't see a roach. Thank you guys! Keep up the good work!"
"This was the best place I have stayed. The service was simply amazing, the prices was good.The staff went beyond and the manager did her thang.
