"This owner kept my car for 3 weeks, diagnosing it. Excuse after excuse full of hot water. I needed the timing chain yet told me I didn't. Then he eluded to later that maybe it did, but he had a 5000 dollar scope to tell the final truth. Problem my car never saw the scope. Don't go here for ANYTHING major. It won't happen. He does only jobs that pay quickly. I was ready to pay the deposit, Just the job would take too long. It's hard to patronize your own sometime. Proceed at your own risk. Never will know if he is really a good mechanic for any jobs. He always had problems with his help, and I could see why. I'm so glad I took my car elsewhere!!"

"I went to Glen Park Autoworks on the recommendation of my sister because as I was driving to Gary from out of town, I heard scraping on new brakes I had just gotten from another place but I didn't feel safe driving any further. Mr. Fred did an inspection of my vehicle and resolved my issue. Not only that, he placed my rear brakes and it didn't cost near what I had paid to have my front brakes replaced. It was so much cheaper. In fact, he squeezed me in to his schedule so that I could get back on the road to my next destination safely. They were professional and very friendly. Whenever I'm in town and need service to my vehicle, I will definitely go to them again."

"Horrible service I let him have my truck to fix he had to find parts so he hady truck for about a month when he did start working on it somebody had broken into my truck and stole my radio he didn't give me my money back to replace the radio and then when it was time to fix my truck completely he didn't do it right my truck broke down again I had to take it to another shop to fix a communication was bad I will never recommend nobody to go to the shop I support people but this one no"

"I would never ever recommend this place ! They lie and lie and tell you anything to get you to pay them. The lady that answers the phone acts as if she knows nothing, what’s her point of being there I really don’t know & everybody in there has bad communication!! I was told $1100 to start my car , they had my car for 2 months ! They don’t know what damage they have caused me due to putting my car off ! Two months with no car and it took the whole two months for them to even start on the car ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL ! Plus they cash only ALOT OF SUSPICION THINGS WITH THIS SHOP ! My lawyer is working on my case as we speak ! Do not give them your car !"
