"Terrible. Tried telling me the car HAS to have the oem cat then quoted me 900 for the complete job and wouldnt tell me how much the part was. It was a failed cash grab. He literally walked in the back proly bullshited with the other employee and walked back out to give me a random price."
"I went to these guys because my fuel pressure pump went out. 3 times I had to come back because the one they installed kept failing. You know what I found out why???? Because they were putting in a cheaper pump rather than installing the recommended GM pump. I already paid $850 dealing with these cons at least they could of gave me the right pump from the start. They lost me as a customer....."
"My car wouldn't pass emissions. There were no codes/engine lights. The cat monitor wouldn't complete. Because of this no shop wanted to be bothered with it. Mike's emissions let me drop my car off the same night. The next day they determined my catalytic converter was going bad. They put a new one on and after a week of driving the monitor cleared. This was an issue I've been dealing with almost a year. I'm very happy with their service!"
"I've heard nothing but great thing's about this place and I don't want my one visit to hurt this place. I just don't like when people try to take advantage of women. I was told the mechanic spent an hour and a half running my diagnostic and he'd only charge me $50. When i dropped my car off I told the intake woman that I'd already had it tested and put on the machine and that i need a solenoid censor & can they fix it? At that point they should've said hey we don't go in transmissions only change them. Basically they knew they couldn't fix my car but ensured they got that $50 bucks by telling me EXACTLY what I had told them. Its not just the money it's also the principal for me, being from the South we believe in honor and helping our community especially in such discerning times. Shame on you Mike!! On the other hand EVERYONE says how good thier work is and i believe those people and I still trust this shop with my car. It was giving back to me EXACTLY how I left it, it was parked safely behind the fence, the intake woman listened to my gripping yet didn't loose her temper with me."
