"My family had a great stay at the element hotel! It was a great location and made even better by the friendly staff. Maria, Crystal, Destiny and others made our stay feel warm and welcoming. We look forward to staying another time and we miss our time there already."
"This place needs new management. I don't normally stay in Marriott but I did because of the swim group I was in. Staff and management were rude and did bare minimal. But what gets me the most is the lies they spew to get you to just go away. Yeah... Never again!! Note to higher management... If you want someone to become your customer, go beyond, understand why someone needs early check ins or late check ins. Think of your guests as individuals and try to help instead of standing in front of a computer desk and lie to your guests. We are professionals who travel and appreciate going beyond your job. When that happens, we will come back, appreciate your kindness, and become loyal customer."
"Extremely filthy rooms. There were crumbs, dirt, and various debris all around my room that was not cleaned by housekeeping before my stay. They didn't clean anything else after either. No hot water in the shower. Only good thing is location otherwise stay elsewhere if you're looking for a clean hotel."
"Bar experience was horrible.. especially a lady bartender that completely ignored me then went up to a man who walked up next to me after Id been waiting for almost 20 minutes and took his order ignoring me. Plus they can't make frozen drinks. No salted rim on margaritas.. Rooms were nice.. spacious.. hotel was walking distance to shops..restaurants and beautiful property. Andy the valet was the nicest person there. Iffy on front desk experience at the Element. One lady was outright rude. All in all had a great time.. didn't let the few ruin it for us."
"Very lovely hotel, nice location, and reasonably priced! However, the hotel does need some cosmetic work and some of the furniture needs replacing. We had a nice stay until I checked out and was verbally assaulted by the front desk worker Crystal. I asked about a complimentary package I was supposed to receive. Omg, this lady got indignant and started making a scene. It’s unfortunate and the bad thing about it she is old enough to be my mother. Very unprofessional and immature!"
