"I really hate to say, but this was the dirtiest place and smelled horrible. I had to spray Lysol wipe everything down and the people next to us was so loud my husband had to knock on the wall and ask them to hush please"

"If I could leave no stars I would do that, very disappointed with our stay. Stayed here last week from Thursday 11/30 checked out 12/5. I stayed with my dad for a vacation to see family and attend a wedding. My father was under the impression the amenities were more than what he received. The first room we checked into was 108 where the heater was on full blast when we arrived and the room was probably around 100 degrees inside of it. We could not turn it off because the control was broken, so I had to go to the front desk and ask for help adjusting it. Front desk staff tried to fix the situation by turning the air on but it was not blowing cool air out so my father requested we be moved to another room. We were moved to room 110. The heating and air unit was also broken in that room.. next issue was the tv. There are smart TVs in the room so I figured I could log into my Netflix, Hulu and Amazon accounts to watch movies while we were in the room. Was not able to log in to any of my accounts and the tv was disconnected from the WiFi connection. I tried to fix it but it kept giving me an error code and when I finally got it connected I figured I could just Airplay from my phone to the tv, again error code. So we were unable to really use the tv while there. I also asked for assistance from the front desk on the issue and was informed that it would be looked into to be fixed by maintenance but nothing was done. Now for the icing on the cake! On Sunday we left the room and I had already packed up most of my belongings in my suitcase but I left some of my hair accessories on the dresser. Upon returning my hair accessories were gone! I tore apart the room as well as my suitcase looking for my stuff and was unable to find them. I also had a pair of Christmas crocs that had croc charms on them and have had one of my croc charms removed from my shoes. I’m pretty upset that I would have my property taken/stolen by someone who had access to my room while I was gone (housekeeping or maintenance). I know as a former head housekeeper that housekeeping is not allowed to touch personal items and am pretty ticked off that I had my property stolen by someone who works at that place. I would definitely not recommend staying at this place unless you want to have your personal property stolen."

"Nice staff and convenient location. The breakfast was a bit bland, and the furniture was outdated though. Overall, I had a good experience and will stay there again when I visit the area again"
