"Have been living here for just over a year, and absolutely love it. The staff here are super friendly and helpful, the rent is fairly reasonable for the area, and the complex is usually quite peaceful. Definitely recommend considering making this place your home."

"The staff is great. Always willing to help. I'm looking for to having driveways repaired. I suggest, the apartment numbers be put on outside of buildings. Hard to direct people to where I live. ¹"

"Office manager is super accommodating and proficient at her position. My main concern is the outside condition of the 300 apartment building. Lighting is terrible. Difficult to see at night. It is definitely a safety hazard. Not only from a trip/fall hazard, but physical well bing of people due to unwanted physical encounters. Lighting needs to be repaired for everyone's own safety. Legitimate negligence lawsuit waiting to happen IMHO."

"I am moving in this Friday November 11. So far, my experience in the application process. I am new here in Hanceville. The apartment was recomended by a young lady at Great Clips. She stayed in the apartment during her younger years and seemed to be very fond of Leigh Ann. Looking forward to a very quiet stay at the Pavilion."
