"This is the worst place! But if you need nails done within the vicinity, not many choices. They Overcharge for everything, on top of some workers make their own prices! They don’t use the plastic to put inside the tub, they do not properly clean the materials they use, does not matter if you ask for Gel or Regular, somehow all of the polish seems to be watered down. They do rush jobs! They don’t even cut your cuticles."
"This was my first time going to this establishment! The customer service is lacking severely. The service I received was poor. ALL I ASKED FOR was a fill in and French Tips. They must have gave me the new girl. She DIDN’T KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING! She only used one coat of paint for a FRENCH TIP! Anybody that gets French tips knows that, you put 3-4 coats to get a solid color. She did a very SLOPPY JOB. From far away my nails look nice. Close up you can see ALL of the imperfections. I do not recommend this place unless your on a budget or just don’t care about the quality of work. That your money is paying for. I came back the next day, they tried to give me issues. I’m about to get my nails repainted. I’ll come back for a update."
"Only reason I’m giving this place a one star is because the lady that answered the phone and that greeted me was nice. Plus they have some super cute colors. The guy that did my nails never had me to wash my hands. Not before, doing, or after I got my nails done. He kept the tool on my nail to file off the polish that it kept burning my nails. I told him it was too hot and he told me it wasn’t hot. How are you going to tell me what I’m feeling on my nails??? I would never go back to this place. Then he shaped my nails how he wanted them shaped. Never asked me how I wanted them shaped. Therefore he had to fix the shape of my nails to be how I wanted them shaped. This guy knows nothing about service or doing nails. Do yourself a favor and go to Nail Bliss (my regular shop). Only came here because I needed a quick fix."
"Usually I have a good experience at this nail salon, but not this time. Went in to get a pedicure nail tech cut my nail to short and overall didn't do a good job at all. Looks like I let my little cousin do them."
