"I called Wasbash Valley Dental just now, because I'm looking for a dentist and my insurance had them listed as providers. I explained to the receptionist my insurance and she was so rude, she said nope we don't except it and hung up on me before I could say anything else. I have a cracked tooth that needs fixed."
"I don't normally leave reviews, but I am appalled at the way my partner was treated on the phone by this place. My partner was looking for a new dentist due to having a cracked tooth. They are on Medicaid. Whoever was on the phone with them, I'm disgusted that you work in anything adjacent to healthcare, making them feel bad for being on Medicaid and talking to them the way you did. Absolutely horrible client servicing, especially in this day and age. I highly, HIGHLY suggest looking elsewhere if you are on Medicaid/Medicare looking for dental care. Apparently we have some insurance elitists amongst our dentists. Would give zero stars if I could, but I'll settle for one."
"I have been going to Dr. Jennings and his staff for years. I appreciate the direct answers I get when I ask questions, and I love the atmosphere of their office! Dr. Jennings and his staff all have a great sense of humor and it’s nice to be able to cut up with them every time I go in. (Another aspect that speaks volumes about this place is that most of the staff has been there for years). All of my dental work has been great and most recently when I thought I’d chipped enough of a tooth that it would need to be repaired, his assistant took x-rays and Dr. Jennings reviewed them and the tooth, and let me know that everything was sealed up and I was good to go with just a smoothing and polishing as I was experiencing no pain or discomfort! I appreciate that immensely, no unnecessary work. Thank you to Dr. Jennings and all of his staff!"
