Pippin Dental & Braces

"This place doesn’t even deserve a star in my opinion! But it won’t let me post without . On Thursday I took my son to Pippin dental in terre haute for a checkup. He needed X-rays as he cried last time because they would not let me go back with him. He was 4 years old!! This time when we went I told them from the start that I would need to go back that last time it was scary for him to go back there by himself especially for X-rays when he doesn’t like them in the first place. I was told that I wouldn’t be able to go back there with him that I would have to wait in the waiting room - so I watched through the window when they took him back & just like I thought he was crying hysterically because he was scared! They then saw me sitting at the window, at this point I just wanted to go grab him & leave.. but she brought him out to me ( same lady that took him back & she was not nice!) & told me that he could come out & calm down then they would come back in a little bit to take him back. I thought I would give it a try so I waited , mad & upset emotions running all through my body at this point! I waited, for an hour and a half & still nothing. So we left & we will not return. Worst experience ever had there! Not the kind of people I want taking care of my children, especially behind closed doors!"

"This place literally sucks. Number one the lady that did both me and my sister’s fillings had to give us more shots because when doing the procedure both of us could feel her drilling into our teeth. Secondly the building is literally freezing. This was not because it was winter either this was a year round thing. Thirdly some (not all there were a few really nice staff that I met while there) rude/unwelcoming staff at the office. This experience overall was terrible and I am still having tooth pain from their filling which by the way has turned black(in both me and my sister’s teeth)."

"This place is a joke. Called months ago and you get sent to their "call center" set an appointment up which was for today! Get there and of course they know nothing about it. Waste of time for me and my kids. The front desk people are worthless and deserve to be on the streets."

"We have been going here for approximately 9 years. Wonderful staff that will work around our schedule to get us an appointment that works. Also, Dr Kayla Dawson is AWESOME; caring, compassionate, and explains everything thoroughly. Exactly what my special needs, anxious, little boy needs to have good dental experiences!"

"New patient experience today! 5 stars just isn't enough. The hygienist Karen, was absolutely amazing. I've never had such a great cleaning. My teeth have never felt this clean. Karen was very patient and answered all my questions. X-rays were taken fast and efficiently by Kelsie. Everyone was so polite and inviting. Dr. Dawson was so compassionate and warm. My wait time was minimal. This place is great for adults and children. I highly recommend."
