Walker Oral Surgery

"From start to finish, this place is amazing. Everything was explained and it took Dr. Walker no time to extract the tooth. Dr Walker himself called me at the end of the day to check in on me. I just hope the tooth fairy comes and leaves me money for the tooth that was extracted. Thank you Dr Walker and office staff. This is the second time I have been to this office and a great experience both times!"

"So I have alot of work needs done and have been to some mean and rude dentists but I had an excellent visit to Dr walkers office and i am usually a complete mess at the dentist so much they dont work on me. I Was put to sleep for the first time. Dr walker even personally walked me to the car. Which I don't remember my girlfriend does. Amazing will be returning for the rest of my work!"

"I wouldn't even put a one star for this place but had to, to review. Zoe the office manager is the most indignant, condescending and unprofessional office manager I have ever spoken with !!! I was very upset that my daughter was treated as she was there here's a picture of her after seeing this dentist. Who told her it was just pressure she was feeling, she tried explaining its not numb, it's not numb and he continued to this point, her almost hysterical by having oral surgery that was not properly numbed. Who continues to preform oral surgery when the patient is saying it's not numb ? I am positive it's because she had state insurance so he cut corners. I will be looking into how to report this dentist to the Indiana Medical Review board as well our States Representative to make sure our state aid insured people don't get services like this because of their type of insurance. As you can see her left eye is even swelled up, I'm sure she'll have a black eye tomorrow. Horrible Horrible Dentist !!!"

"My dentist provided my insurance along with my referral. I was given a price to pay upon arrival that was explained to be after insurance paid their portion. I paid in full upon arrival yet then received a large bill about a month post op. When speaking with the extremely rude office staff, it was clear that they had not properly ran the insurance. I then had to do work on my own end to ensure coverage. But then I received another statement with not as large of a payment needed… but no credit of my initial payment made upon arrival. If you chose to go here, I suggest to check coverage with your insurance prior and wait until you receive a statement to review it all prior to making any payments. This has been nothing but a mess. And the worst part about it is the staffs horrible attitudes regarding it."

"Dr Walker was fine, but his office staff charged me full price and never asked for insurance information. After much contact with Dr Walker's staff and my dentist, I picked up the insurance forms at my dentist, but was not able to receive the information that I needed from Dr Walker's office. Also the insurance forms were hard to read. There was a mix up as to whether the appointment was for medical or dental. Very frustrating experience. Poor office staff."
