"This location is now owned and operated by Valvolne Quick Lube. The word quick in their name is a misnomer. With one in the bay and another ahead of us it took close to an hour for us to get in the bay. I could have bought the oil & filter, went home and completed the oil change in less time. It does appear that they have a whole process, 3 or 4 standing around talking while another 3 or 4 check tires, lights, wiper blades and actually change oil. Overall, while the service was anything but quick, the individuals that we interacted with were kind and did a good job. As a bonus, there is an online coupon that they can scan from your phone to save $7 (conventional oil) or $10 (synthetic oil)."
"I went in for an oil change last week because my Jeep hasn’t been serviced in over a year (he sits during the winter). The tech checked my oil and showed me that it was still full and had good color and told me to come back once I hit my miles. Their customer service has always been awesome but this experience was hands down the best. Thank you for always being so great!"
